B&D Trawling is a leading exporter of conch and lobster in the Caribbean, recognized for quality, consistency and their commitment to sustainable fishing.
As the region’s distributor of the SeaBest line of seafood products and parent company for Bunny’s Seaside Kitchen, my directive was to use their event sponsorships to not only highlight their products, but also to highlight their commitment to the preservation of the fishing industries for generations to come.
THE BIG SHOW
As one of the region’s largest trade shows, the bi-annual Expo Jamaica attracts both local and foreign buyers to a diverse showcase of the best of Jamaica’s products and services. We were inspired to create a truly interactive experience combining live cooking demos and product sampling to support both the SeaBest and Bunny’s Seaside Kitchen brands.
Working with app development agency, Wild.Dots, a custom virtual reality experience, dubbed “Clean Catch” would allow patrons to participate in the practice of sustainable fishing, as they captured invasive species and collected trash from the ocean floor.
